GM 72-Hour Sale: 0% for 72 Months

GM's 72-hour sale starts today and runs through July 6. The sale terms include 0% financing for 72 months on select models for those buyers who qualify.

Not every GM vehicle is included in the deal but the 2009 and 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 half-ton pickup trucks are.

GM is also offering 0% financing for up to 60 months for well-qualified buyers on the 2009 Hummer H3T and Cadillac Escalade EXT.

0% APR for 72months?

wow if My Credit was @ +700 it would be awesome
but I got 550 so I dont Qualify unless I fork over $8,000 Dollar as Down Payment

I think what would help the economy and the auto industry is if they look past a person's credit history when trying to get approved for an auto loan. As long as a person has a job or some kind of steady monthly income, then anybody and everybody should be approved. If they did this, then we'd all be driving in a new truck.
