Not bad on some changes. I thought they were replacin the 6.0 gas engines?

Not to bad, but still ugly. Not sayin I don't like the truck its just doesn't look good. Someone need to go to the drawin board and make a better body style.

GM ran out of money, so they didn't change the body. Couldn't the government borrow more cash from China so we could have a pretty truck to look at.

It is a nice truck, but I agree its still not pretty lookin, If I got one it would have to be the slightly prettier GMC.

Finally found a buyer for my 2008 ford diesel super duty. The truck has been my worst vehicle ever. This new GM is getting better but with the IFS and same small tie rods(way to small for such a big truck) i think i will go with the new Dodge Heavy Duty(very strong truck with all the looks and interior materials and design of the day).

Riley- They are not the same tie-rods. Everything in the Chevy's frame and suspension is different. You can watch the video on here (pickuptrucks.com) and see that they only share one part with the last gen. It's some kind of bolt (unimportant). The new Silvy's IFS is the strongest IFS you'll find and just as tough as a SFA in most aspects. I would not hestitate at buying a Chevy HD, I strongly believe that you will never break the IFS in your Chevy. But, if somehow you do, ther is the warranty to back you up. The Duramax/Allison is silky smooth and strong. Again, I wouldn't hesitate or second guess the strength of the Silverado. But the Dodge is a respectible choice.

I see GM has changed there tune! Toughest Most capable Chevy pick-up ever! Cant compete with Ford or Dodge! So go head to head with yourself! Not a bad idea! Maybe they stopped telling lies to the public. A Step in the right direction. Now produce quality products and not JUNK!
