2016 SEMA: FCA Teases Mopar Power Wagon, Jeep

Mopar Ram Power Wagon II

The 15,000-square-foot Mopar booth at the upcoming 2016 Specialty Equipment Market Association Show in Las Vegas is always a must-see stop at the world's largest aftermarket car show. You'll find just about everything you can imagine related to customizing any aspect of a car, pickup truck, side-by-side or motorcycle — from mild to wild. Most of the automakers will be in attendance showing off their creativity.

From the looks of these teaser sketches just released by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Ram will display a Mopar-modified Power Wagon and Jeep will offer some new Mopar parts to make old-school Jeep lovers happy.

The 2016 SEMA Show will take place Nov. 1-4 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, and we'll be there covering as many of the pickups as we can photograph and video. No doubt Ford, Chevrolet, Nissan, Toyota and other truckmakers will have plenty of news and surprises for us. More to come.

I understand that bed-wing on a boat. What is it for on the Power Wagon? Lumber rack?

Looks cool other than the wing in the bed. I thought the power wagon and jeep was intended for off-road use not street racing??? Lol

Looks more like something they'd put on the rebel. Lol

It almost looks like a roll-bar that can be used in a K5 Blazer, bronco, or ramcharger.

Maybe they're going to put a bench seat in the bed to make a Power Ramcharger Wagon? lol

I suspect it's just for aesthetics, it'd be a cool looking roll-bar though.

Now this is cool, much better then them stupid looking SEMA Fords we saw yesterday

Love how these GMC dorks now praise Ram trucks thinking they are attacking Fords.

Ram sure does a better job with their vehicles aesthetics than Ford.

Oh yeah, maybe it's in line with the Dodge Daytona editions,

The GM guys team up with the Ram guys now because they cannot control their jealousy. Jealousy is a poorly disguised need for power and control. Do you think every truck else has something better than yours? Are you envious of your friends, siblings, or co-workers trucks? Are you jealous of every Ford truck post on PUTC? Find out how to control these emotions before they tear you apart.

Good job, Ram!

Ford gets their ideas from after market shops like pep boys. Adding pep boys lighting, push bumpers and lift kits makes the F -150 look more like a LGBT truck.

Bummer for the GM fanbois. Sounds like GM will once again take a back seat to the competition at SEMA. So much opportunity but very little design risk taking going on with GM trucks.

It's sad my beloved GM and Now Ram think that it's cool to make things look like the 70's. The nostalgic thing is over. Unfortunately 05 Mustang was the only nostalgic success story. SMH

Yep, I agree, the jealous shaky GM fanbois got nothing to rave about their lamer offerings for SEMA; so they'll backup the most unsafe & least reliable truck on the planet rather than the King of Hill, the FORD F-Series; the best selling truck brand in America for 40+ yrs & best selling vehicle in America for 30+ years...now that's dominance!!!

Never-the-less, these lame offerings from Fiat recalls will easily be out-trumped again by Ford...heh heh heh

Nice to see a real truck for a change. Tired of looking at them stupid looking beer cans they call F150s. Wheel wells look like a child traced the tires. Can't they come up with a design. There looks are like there quality.
Ford Quality is Job None.

How about Dodge and Jeep worry about making a reliable product...

Eat your crow mate - check-out the 1st pic; exactly as you described...hahaha!!!...lame, unsafe & most unreliable truck on the planet...RAM recalls!!!

maybe they will count Ram sales now too to try to beat Ford

Don't need to now that Ford had stop production of their beer can pick-up.
