Looking for the most advanced and exclusive pickup truck you can buy? Then Ford would like you to take a look at its newest, most luxurious offering: the 2018 Ford Super Duty Limited. It made its debut today at the 2017 State Fair of Texas in Dallas.

Offered in all three Super Duty flavors โ€” F-250, F-350 and F-450 โ€” the four-wheel-drive diesel Limited offers two-tone Custom Camelback leather seats; a leather-wrapped steering wheel, console and armrests; a suede headliner; and dark ash wood trim accents. Outside, the Super Duty Limited gets a unique satin-finish grille, quad-beam LED headlights and a special Limited logo on the tailgate.

"Imagine opening the door to your humidor and sinking into your favorite leather lounge chair," said Ford design manager Aileen Barraza in a statement, "that's the sensation the new Super Duty Limited inspires."

Pricing for the new trim level will lead the industry in top-level prices (standard with 4x4 and Power Stroke). The F-250 single-rear-wheel will start at $82,130; the F-350 SRW, $83,305; the F-350 dual-rear-wheel, $84,780; and the F-450 4x4, $88,395 (all prices include a $1,295 destination fee). Ford said if customers order the F-450 and check all the option boxes, they could spend as much as $96,000.

Ford has seen huge growth in the last few years in its premium trim levels. Across the nation, more than 50 percent of the Super Duties sold are high-end trims, meaning the Lariat, King Ranch or Platinum. The Limited takes the Super Duty to a more opulent level.

Look for more details and information in our upcoming stories and videos from the 2017 State Fair of Texas.

This is the same truck my brother in law got except his isn't a dually. Very nice color and interior. I don't like how narrow front end looks in person. His 2016 Platinum looked more muscular.

Damn that thing is ugly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah and over priced china junk to top it off!

Soweeeet truck!!!!

LOVE
FORD!

Wait a minute, 96K for a truck with a column shift? I thought that was outdated?

Ford if your not careful you'll price yourself right out of business? Despite the massive capabilities of this truck, I think MSRP's are getting ridiculous. I paid only 30 grand more for my house!

OVER PRICED JUNK.

I wish that mine had a column shift and more space in the console. They are not physically connected to the transmission anymore so the only difference is where you reach for it.

People keep saying that but others keep buying them. Ford has found that if you offer substance instead of just glitz (the Lincoln LT comes to mind) people will buy it. You can still get the XL with a gas burner if you don't want to spend this much. It is your choice.

@jack Ford is the only truck (F150) available with a console shifter. All the HDs have column shifters as do GMs half tons. Ram uses a rotary knob in their half tons but their console shifter is gone with the 6 speed tranny. What exactly is your beef?

WOW, years ahead of GM for sure, nicely done. The price is in line with what people will pay, I would not personally as I like to buy when the depreciation takes a hit in the first few years. But again, they offer people will buy it, they will never price themselves out, when your number 1 and lead the pack in everything from interior to base options, yo will stay that way.

Lipstick on a pig. Still not up to GM performance levels. Nice try Ford.

So much refinement over the GM dingdongs

OH yea, like .3 seconds from 0-60 is such a deal breaker.

Please, nice try though.

He injected too much Trvllestosterone this morning, as did the GM peeps

Looks like a nice place to hang out while you are waiting for the tow truck.

Damn that made in the USA truck is great looking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tremendous value ,unlike that foreign made GM JUNK!

Ford copying GM once again. Those rear square wheel wells work well with this otherwise ugly brick shape of this pig.

When they say Super Duty LIMITED, does "limited" refer to HP, torque or BOTH?

WTF, he said square. Hahahaha

This will be my next truck.

Yeah, "this will be my next truck" @ Hemi. And I will buy 2 or 3 of them for sure.

TUNDRA forever

@papa, not at all which is why they are best in class on everything.

GM just took another blow.

BAM! Introducing the new Super Duty Limited. Ford again establishes new top-end for trucks. Custom camel back leather seats, Miko suede headliner, hand-finished dark ash wood trim, special badging and more! Tows 15 tons!

(c) all of the above.

"Limited" stands for the amount of HP and TQ you will have when you pay $96K, get beat down by the Duramax and have to come back to Ford service to get a "Re-flash" just to try and get "actual" or "so called PROCLAIMED, HP and TQ from our ridiculous commercials. But at Ford, listen to us because we love selling you lies!
Built Ford Junk!!

BTW..all you Fanboys, i have ridden in these new trucks (bother in laws) it compares nothing to the DURAMAX.. don't believe me, go test drive both. have an open mind when you do...
NEVERMIND...pickup trucks already proved it and the Fanboys didn't listen!

This guy has more in-laws, nephews, nieces...and the list goes on and on....yadda yadda yadda.

This truck looks like hot garbage. Especially that European design, Mexican built 6.7 Powerjoke. My last company truck was a 6.7 SD and it was a death wobbling piece of junk. Weak, cheap suspension components, junk control arm bushings, bad ball joints every 40k miles, junk U-joints, water got in the front hubs and took out 4WD. Ford couldn't build a good diesel engine to save their lives. Love how Ford stole Ram and GM's idea of using a fully boxed frame. What happened to all the guys that tried to argue that open-c ladder frames are the best frame.

Yeah and over priced china junk to top it off!

Dude stop saying the company with the highest American made index in trucks are made in China. We already know you're an idiot. You can stop proving it.

That is one BUTT UGLY FRONT END. My God man who designed this.?
He/she should be fired.

Yes, Ford's are slower. More like a full second slower. The problem just compounds with weight added.

@2.7EcoBoostRoost
I'll gladly put my 2012 5.7 Tundra up against your 'Found on Road Dead' any day, even mpg wise, esp. when it comes to towing, AND dependability. By the way 'Found on Road Dead' equates to FORD for those of you who don't get acronyms. I used to be FORD only until I started driving Tundras, when Ford came out with the ecobut engine.

Ford and refinement? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!! Funnies crap I heard all year!!!!!! Yeah refinement, like this 90 grand Ford still offers hard plastic, rides like a block on washbored, seat that make you back hurt after an hour of driving, and still can't out run a Duramax with an equal load while having a 4:10 vs GM's 3:73s. Yup Ford and its fan girls really really wished Ford would start trying to do "refinement". Hey there's always next yours model. HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Johnny Doe is a good example of how stupid brainwashed Chevy fanbois are. "3:73 and 4:10" hey? ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ So the drive shaft turns 73 times for every time the axle rotates 3 times, does it? You don't even understand ratios. This nullifies your credibility on everything.

@Alex,

Lol.

Ford never needed the government to bail them out. Just saying!

Only brand that's not building vehicles and excepting welfare!

This was a bailout, had the Government not allowed this Ford would have been doomed.

$82,000+ to $100,000 for this Super Duty, and the harsh reality is, I have seen so many of them on the street as if they were $30k Compacts, most of these trucks will be tricked out as if they were being prepped for the SEMA Auto Event and will never get used for what they are built for, especially when putting Neon Lights inside the Wheel Wells, spend it if you got it , only if it makes since.

Owned them all. Current vehicle 2016 Ram limited 2500 4x4. For all the lovers and haters that are bias and have not owned them all keep wasting peoples time. For those looking for help deciding on a new truck. Ram has the interior of a high end sports car that is durable and comfortable give them #1. When it comes to towing these are towing beasts. Thats it for Ram they still have issues building a high tech truck like Ford and keeping it out of the service department. Second place is tough GMC and Ford are pretty close. Ford starts to fall in third but then they blast you with technology. Ford is #1 Hands down on the tech and it is built with quality. The Ford engineers have done one heck of a job on the new 6.7 power stroke vs the disaster they had previously of 2011. Now GMC comes back for 2017 after falling behind with a kick butt power plant. I currently am trading in the Ram for the new super duty platinum. I was leaning toward the GMC but the Denali just does not compare to a Limited Ram or Platinum Ford.

If Ram can keep their trucks out of the repair shop. Maybe spend some money on quality control over there in Mexico. Get that cummins up to 425/450 HP which it can handle with ease. #1 spot would go to Ram IMO.
