SEMA 2008: Mopar Underground Dodge Ram TRXtreme Live
Earlier, we showed you a rendering of how Chrysler's Mopar Underground intended to toughen up the all-new 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 TRX4 offroad model for SEMA. Now, here's the real deal.
The Ram TRXtreme's bright yellow and Mineral Gray two-tone paint job sports a mud splash theme. Mopar tube steps provide an assist into the cabin, and the box rails are painted to match the theme. Mopar aftermarket telescoping mirrors extend on demand to help tow big toys to the trail or river, and a cargo management system in the bed holds gear in place.
Helping keep the TRXtreme cool on the trail are functional hood vents to extract heat and a larger grille. A Mopar dual-exhaust system gives an impressive growl.
A 4.5-inch Mopar lift kit adds height for 20-inch wheels wrapped in aggressive BFGoodrich 37X12.50 all-terrain tires. They're highlighted with Mopar wheel flares.
Interior features include a Mopar navigation system, DVD headrests and Katzkin custom leather seats.

Looks like all show and no go. Give me the Ford Raptor anyday.
Nice, I think this thing looks pretty cool. The new Ram's look really great as do the 02-08. The new Ford Raptor will be interesting as well.
Awesome!!! I`m always glad to see the tough made tougher.
