6x6 F-350 Dinosaur Unearthed on eBay
Posted by Mark Williams | February 7, 2012
The guys at Jalopnik found this monster on eBay and decided to put it on display for all to see. The owner is trying to sell this modified '93 F-350 for a listed price of $65,000, but we're guessing he'll take much less. The ad also mentions he'll consider any and all trades.
The big truck is a true 6x6, as the owner uses a second transfer case as a splitter, sending two driveshafts to each of the rear axles. The truck sits on a custom air suspension that allows for a five- and/or six-inch lift allowing for six 42-inch Mickey Thompsons under each fenderwell.
Feel free to contact the owners after you read more about the truck and see more photos by clicking here.

Bet that puppy drinks some fuel
$65,000 for a modified '93 F-350 is this dude on crack? I'd give him 200 bucks then drive it to the junk yard where it belongs.
That's a cool rig. It should be in a museum. I know it costs a lot to build something that awesome.
How do people do stuff like that or this http://www.tundratalk.net/forums/tundra-general-discussion/84178-why-no-crew-max-6-5-bed.html? What does stuff like that do to your factory tow and payload rating?
It's up to $15k now. no reserve. I bet Frank is bidding on it.
Wait for it.......
"bububububut the approach and departure angles are horrible! This thing is a poser, not like my REAL offroad god-on-wheels!"
That's freakin AWESOME! Even if it does take a couple football fields to turn around...
This truck and that "ranchero SHO" are examples of what hot-rodding is all about. The end result may be pointless but the looks you get from others are priceless! After totaling my 4x4 Ranger I grafted the body of an '89 5.0 coupe to the frame. Wheelbase was practically dead-on. It was a monster but unfortunately I ran out of $$ before getting to the paint stage.
I could see a vehicle like that becoming a promotional vehicle for a radio station or a pizza place or something. It's hard to miss and it could sit along a busy road with a sign or banner in the back. It's not like anyone could afford to drive something like that with $4 a gallon (in the winter) gas.

That is one long truck. I bet it would bring some big $$ in scrap metal.
@5.3 LOL- you have to want that exact truck an aweful lot, since such a configuration is available from Ford and Nissan as a 1/2 ton and everyone who builds HD trucks.
Kinda like the ram trex
Dang! This thing is behemoth!

that is logical. he needs a backup truck because his is always in the shop due to spitting spark plugs.
LoL @ Johnny Troll!
I have a 6x6 F-350, its called a dully.
Big dumb truck.
The problem with customization - you will never get your money back when it is time to sell.
@Ron - Vehicles are an expense, not an investment. Just like fireworks, it'a all about how much "BANG" you get for your buck. Either way, your money is all gone when the show is over...
Each to their own. Looks cool but not my sort of thing.
