I don't believe that it will make any difference if the VIN number is traceable or not in that ISIS and the Taliban will get these Toyotas from some where. As for most people regardless of country, religion, or culture want to make a living, provide for their families, and want a better future for their children. I am familiar with the oath of office for officials in Kentucky which also include not to duel.
