Recall Alert: 2016 Ram ProMaster
Vehicles Affected: Model-year 2016 Ram ProMaster vans are part of a recall affecting approximately 26,000 Fiat Chrysler Automobiles vehicles
The Problem: Transmission pumps in the vehicles' six-speed automatic transmissions may not conform to specifications, which could lead to a loss of propulsion, increasing the risk of a crash. FCA said the problem was discovered during an examination of warranty data, which prompted an investigation by the automaker. FCA noted that most of the affected vehicles are still in dealer possession.
The Fix: Dealers will replace the transmission pump for free.
What Owners Should Do: FCA did not immediately announce an owner-notification schedule. Owners can call the automaker at 800-853-1403 for more info.

Just sayin'...
Poor FCA....out of the frying pan into the fire, it get's worse by the day...
This is too bad as I actually like some designs of their products (RAM, SRT8, 300, Viper, hell Chargers etc...) but their dependability is always a HUGE ? mark.
I agree to a point. If the world were devoid of Mustangs, I suppose I'd look at the Challenger over the Camaro.

Yep, the key word was design; their performance & dependability is another matter...
It's a good thing Ram service centers offer free coffee and complimentary day old pastries.
Too bad Ford can't produce reliable vehicles. So sad.
Also, you would think that since Ford owners are at their dealership's service department practically everday, that Ford would at least reimburse their loyal customers with money, a free gift, something to show gratitude and appreciation for the endless amount of cash their loyal followers spend on purchasing and repairing their Ford products.
