Ram Rebel TRX Concept Video Review

It's been a while since we've seen a truck create this kind of buzz in the pickup world. And you have to give Ram credit for doing this at the 2016 State Fair of Texas. The Ram Rebel TRX concept reveal ended up being the biggest piece of news on press day, right before the opening of the fair.
We should note that we now know, after talking with the engineers, that this is a detuned Hellcat motor, which does have a cast-iron block and is not an all-aluminum version as noted in the video. Only the heads of the motor are aluminum.

Think it is awesome for a one off vehicle, question is, will they build it and at what cost?
They need to spend some money or R&D for their small car motors and come out with a good mid-size truck.

Again great looking truck, however highly unlikely due to the fiscal constraints FCA. Seeing that nobody is interested in buying this mess makes this even more unlikely.

I bet over 50% of 2017 Ford Raptor orders where canelled because of the Ram Rebel TRX. No on in their right mind would pay 60,000 for a V6 "off road truck" when you got hope of a true kick a## V8 off road truck with more HP and just as much TQ with real engines sounds. Ram build this truck! Don't let stupid people buy a Ford Rapturd with the noodle frame that fold up after the first 3 foot sand dune jump!
