To spice up the coming 2018 F-150, Ford has created a completely new set of grilles that should provide for more than 20 different looks. The half-ton is making its debut at the 2017 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. We've already told you what's new and offered you our initial impressions, but we thought you might want a closer look at a Limited trim package as well, so we sent our photographer for a closer look. Check out the gallery below.

Just behind the Raptor. That is easily the best looking half ton a money can buy!

I'll take a Lariat 4×4 with Sport Package and the 4.4 turbo diesel please.

Nice job Ford - I believe they've complemented the last design, smoother but still manly...

New grill looks better that the curren tomb stone grill.

Lipstick on a pig. Still a ugly ford.

The 2 comments directly above using my name were not made by me.

Wow!!!!!! Simply stunning!!!!!!! Ford continues to crush the competition by having so many different options!!!!they look great, they are great running trucks!!!!!

I actually like the interior shade. Rather have the saddle color though.

I wonder if the day will come when the number of people willing to sign 6-7 year car loans drops and they start marketing lower trim levels. I really liked the Ram packages a few years back that were a Tradesman grade with a little trim thrown on for a sharp truck that didn't cost as much as a starter home.

Still an ugly truck with the GM style interior and the GM Ram style grill. Ford you failed!

Looks good. Glad that hideous tombstone grill is gone. It's like the designer got lazy on the 14-17 models

Nice truck!

just stunning! Nice job, you can really tell they are number 1, and it shows they will continue to be. Love that blue!

Love the Blue interior!

This is FORD way of trying to keep pace with the GM full and mid size trucks. Ford is offering a one size fits all approach and is not working.

How can you air down those street tires with such huge rims?

Oh wait, it's a street queen!

Best looking truck period. That blue interior though...yuck

That color reminds me of my '73 Gran Torino...

... the worst lemon I ever owned. Had to perform a repair at least once and month and combined fuel/repair costs added up to $400/month. I couldn't get rid of it fast enough.

I'm actually digging the blue interior. Very early 80s vibe

@Dan, Agree, this thing is a show stopper for sure. That blue interior is just says," Hey GM, try to keep UP!"

Excuse me while I try and collect my jaw from the floor! These trucks are real really good looking. I just wish they had put reasonable looking grills on the the XLT and lower trims.

That big ole chrome slab and fake nostrils is um... not particularly good looking and bordering on downright terrible, the Sport appearance package (usually the way to get around this) isnt a whole lot better looking, again, why the nostrils? They arent even functional.

The Lariat and above are outstanding though.

Great looking truck.

I interrupt this post for a

This can't get any worse from a Ford HATER.

Keep up the good work!!!

Johnny's Dad takes the Cake. KING HATER!!

Where is the other sibling, GMRSJUNK

I'm lovin' the grille design and the blue hides inside. Great looking truck!!

Hey! An interior that talks. Unfortunately it is misinformed like the Ford fan base. But hey, listen, an interior that talks.

Wow, I know you're a huge DOLT, but damn, this confirmed it.

Saw this truck about 2 weeks ago unloading from a trailer. By the time we got around the block it was in Ford garage with the door closed

22" wheels are beyond ludicrous.
18" are fine for 4x4, 20" for "high-falutin'" trims.

That sure is a pretty truck. Frank, you should ask it out.

That interior color reminds me of a 1991 Mercury Grand Marquis.

Hands down the best looking truck on the market today...cheers & beers!!!

To the da's saying it has a gm grill, get a clue. If anything it resembles a 1999 super duty. BTW that was the year Ford and gm dipped into the bumper with the grill. Sad thing is, gm decided to put those hideous oversized corner grills on their junk. Seems everything they do is an afterthought. That's what you get when you have no money to hire engineers and designers.

That blue interior color is so 1970ish. I wonder if FORD offers a disco ball as a option, maybe incorporate its function with all the on board cameras. Frank, you should check it out.

Glad to see you finally learned Ford's are nothing but an afterthought, with no money to hire good engineers. (cough 70s interior colors, GM styled interior, GM RAM grill style, GMC hood, 40 million different engines, and still no further ahead of the competitions)

I meant bumpers, not grills. That and the slant eyed headlights and square wheel wells make for one comical attempt at a truck. So what could they do to screw it up more, oh yeah, hang the def tank below the frame. Gm long ago had decent looking trucks, but that has been decades ago. Even then they had Impala interiors.

Speaking of after though, why didn't someone speak up before they released this.

This picture is very representative of most F-series. They have grass growing underneath them.

I really do not like that front end and that interior is well umm. To each there own I guess.

Vs customers who buy GM and Fiat products undoubtedly smoking grass before purchasing one of their products.

You guys sound like a bunch of little gurls with your best looking comments, etc...

How old are you guys?

What's wrong with smoking grass?

the 3.5 eco-boost engine has a issue with the throttle body sticking open but all you have to do is take the air cleaner hose off and stick your finger in there to un-jam it

@BankruptinPA

You were kidding, right?

So, I'm doing 75 mph on the Interstate and the throttle linkage is jammed and I just reach up under the hood and stick my finger in there to un-jam it?

That image might end up going viral on Youtube.

Sounds like a continuation of the no throttle response issues that has plagued the eco-boost from inception. FORD has managed to avoid a recall to date, but I think it has gone on long enough. MR. NHTSB, recall those eco-boosts.

The only suggestion I would make is that the Limited is geared to the upper end demographic. Why put LIMITED on the hood of the truck. That should be for the Raptor or other sport models not the Limited. I have a Platinum now and I guess I will purchase another Platinum or a GMC.

The 2015-2017 ford f150 is beautiful, but I think the most beautiful and powerful, is the 2003 f150 harley davidson. They should do a sport well and a little low with the engine 5.8 of the gt mustang would be incredible. Thanks .......
