Nissan Releases Pricing for 2017 Titan, Titan XD King Cabs
Nissan has released pricing for all King-Cab versions of the 2017 Titan and Titan XD. If you recall, we first saw the King Cab (aka the extended cab) at the 2017 Chicago Auto Show.
With pricing released for this final cab configuration, Nissan can say it offers a full cab lineup; however, the King Cab will be offered only for the S, SV and Pro-4X trim levels and only with the 5.6-liter V-8 Endurance engine and seven-speed transmission in the light-duty Titan, and a choice between the gas and diesel V-8s (mated to the seven-speed and six-speed transmissions, respectively) in the heavier-duty Titan XD. The King Cab will be offered in both 4x4 and 4x2 driveline configurations, with 4x4 standard on all Pro-4X models. Additionally, Nissan is offering a "rear seat delete" option in all of their King Cabs, that will save customers $500 out the door.
Below is pricing for all versions of the King Cab by trim level; prices include a $1,195 destination charge.

If Nissan capped the price to $40K that will definitely entice shoppers, their sales number will go up.
Nissan should not think about appeasing investors rather they should think about their customers and market share.
@David Robertson: good points. Evidence of pricing is evident with the sales of the current Frontier. Also, there was an article written very recently that explored the significant price increase of trucks when compared to other vehicle classes.

Still waiting on the release of the V6 in the Titan so we can finally hear some news about the Frontier! Waiting on you Nissan.

I never get tired of saying this:
Nissan's customers are the car dealers who have a giant Nissan sign in the parking lot. The people who buy those Nissan cars and trucks are the customers of the car dealers.
And another thing:
You should consider telling your bank that they should be happy that you love your home and don't want to pay the mortgage payments anymore. They should just be satisfied that you're happy and go make some money some other way. Your happiness is all that matters.
What snowflake universe do you come from young man?
Junk just like garbage motors

I love Nissan cars and trucks it's just that they're to damn expensive, that's why I don't buy another. Same goes for all other manufacturers. Who the hell wants a car payment for 84 months? Only a idiot.

It's basically the same King Cab that came out in 2004 with an updated front clip and some extra gears.
Great trucks
My old truck is 11 years old
And still running
A king cab is the way to go
It gives you the extra room for tools
The only thing is the price
It's litte out of my range
I will have to bye a Frontier

My 08 Frontier will have to suffice for another 9 years as the price of a bigger truck is out of reach.
Those rear doors on a king cab are useless in a parking lot. Try getting a Costco size pack of TP in behind the front seat with another vehicle along side of you. It can't be done!
Every new configuration of this truck is "going to bring greater numbers". Woohoo. Yeah right.

Does Nissan offer a long bed (8') with the king cab on either the Titan or Titan XD?
Uhmm, correct me if I am wrong, but aren't the prices for the 2018 models? The 2017 model year is almost over, was that a typo in the head line for this article.... did I miss something?

@BD- sadly, no. It would require a unique frame length, and the combination (though very useful) isn't that popular. It would mean a 3rd wheelbase for the XD, and that costs development money. Until Nissan decides to up the GVW to 9900# (like the NV3500 on the same chassis) there won't be enough payload in a King-cab long bed to be competitive. Toyota DOES have it, but I don't think they sell a lot of them.
The 2008+ Titan came that way, along with a novel Crew cab/7ft bed.
"Chingon... " and "Johnny Doe" - - - -
Wish you guys would get out of your adolescent puberty and stop making snide remarks about trucks that other may like.
You cheapen this website, and contribute little of knowledgeable substance, ---- just like a dumb pimple-faced teenager.
================
People are forgetting the massive discounts Nissan is offering. I picked up a 2017 Titan XD S 4x4 with bed liner for $31k out the door. That's about $6,500 off MSRP.
I bet you could get a king cab for similar pricing.
Mr Knowitall, thanks for the info.

Same alt-right universe full of special mushrooms that elected #putinspotus.
There doesn't have to be a unique wheelbase for a long bed king cab. They need to learn the magic number; 17. You start by designing your extended cab, and match that with a 98" bed. Knock 17" off the bed, and use the same chassis for a crew cab with an 81" bed (same as Super Duty short bed). Cut 17" off the extended cab, and you have regular cab with ample storage behind the seat. Then you have one chassis for rc/98", ec/81", and cc/64". You can even chop the frame further for rc/81" and ec/64" configurations. There you have it, 3 frame lengths, 7 cab/bed configurations.

I hope you can get an 8 foot bed King Cab with te XD....
Prices will be what the market will bare,
or they will languish on the lot.
