That's why Mopar has more than 200 parts ready for the new Gladiator. Products will meet a full range activities and needs, from serious performance enhancers to quick-install styling kits. Here's a sampling of what's available: aggressive lift kits, bolt-on engine performance enhancers, bigger wheels and tires, bed storage systems, add-on LED lights, hood decals, bike and kayak racks, rock rails, aftermarket brake controllers, "stubby" bumpers and grab handles.

"The Mopar brand is bringing to market a full selection of parts and accessories for owners to personalize the all-new Jeep Gladiator to fit their individual lifestyles," said Steve Beahm, head of Mopar Parts & Service and Passenger Car Brands, FCA-North America, in a statement. "We're giving owners what they need to enhance the most capable mid-size pickup ever, whether that's versatile lifestyle accessories or Jeep performance parts for hardcore off-roaders."

Has this turned into a friggin' Jeep site?

Jeep have always had and will continue to have a strong aftermarket following and support. That is one great thing about building a simple bolt-on type vehicle.

The recently revealed strategy at Ford is clear.

The Jeep has the potential to really spoil the roll-out of the new Ranger so Ford brass are doing all they can to market the Ranger as a outdoors-fun truck, instead of just another auto-parts, pizza hauler.

I think the Ford will do well, but I think the Jeep will attain an almost immediate collector status. I fully expect to see Jay Leno blasting around in a new Gladiator soon.

I'm straining my eyes to picture Jay in a Ranger however.

Yea theres a goldmine here just like the Wrangler... and most of these add ons will be fully or readily/easily compatible between Wrangler and Gladiator.

Since these tucks and accessories are play things for those with disposable income prepare to pay a premium.

Said it last year the Jeep Truck will kill it because of its off-road cred and uniqueness compared to other midsize offerings. Having owned a wrangler the reliability was solid and the fun factor cannot be measured. And the whole Jeep/Mopar accessories ugh...good luck to the competition. Curious to see pricing and if they will develop an extended cab version w/a six foot bed.

LOVE IT...LOVE IT....LOVE!

Clint once there lived a girl named Hild who was very stupid.

One day, she put some cakes in a basket to sell in the market. On the way, one of the cakes fell from her basket and rolled down the hill. Hild thought, “Why should I bother going after it? I will send another cake to bring it back.” So she rolled down another cake. When the cakes didn’t return she rolled down a third cake to look for them. One by one, she rolled down all the cakes she had. Now her basket was empty. Hild was annoyed and said, “If these cakes think I am going to waste time looking for them, they are wrong. I will go to the market alone and they will come on their own.` When Hild reached the market, her husband was very angry to see the empty basket. Hild said, “Don’t be angry, the cakes will come very soon.” The husband realised how foolish his wife was and cursed his luck.

Jeep owns the SUV Market and now their going to take the mid size market.

November was good to FCA, with Ram outselling the Chevy Silverado, Challenger jumping into the #1 place in muscle-car sales, and Jeep holding the lead for the best-selling SUV brand.

It will be fun to accessorize it when its in getting repaired constantly...

This is a Jeep with a bed. I don't get it. I think the excitement is just Jeep people who wanted an off road worthy truck, but didn't want to pay $72k for a Raptor or buy the junk Colorado ZR2. I don't think traditional truck guys are excited about this. I'm a Ram/ Jeep guy and I don't like it. I think a Jeep is unique and it's cheesy to take this approach.

Loved this concept. Keep doing the same hard work buddy :)
